Lina Prestwood

As Creative Executive of Viewer Created Content (VC2) at the Emmy-Award winning television channel, Current, Lina is one of two commissioners at Current TV, a channel aimed squarely at intelligent young adults (watch online at current.com or on Virgin 155/ Sky 193). From frothy, fully-formatted factual programming to more serious, traditional obs docs, she commissions a broad range of short (3-8 min) documentaries on a wide range of subjects. She is currently very interested in finding strong, bright and unusual documentary voices and on-camera talent.

Prior to joining Current in 2007 she was Associate Producer on the Channel 4/ Tiger Aspect doc, Nazi Pop Twins and spent four years developing and making factual programming of all sorts with a range of indies in London.
