Jordie Montevecchi is an Italian social anthropologist and freelance film maker. Professionally trained in Documentary production with an MA in Digital Documentary Film-making and a diploma in Digital Video Editing. He is an experienced traveller in Europe, Africa and South America, and inspired by facing cultural diversity and tell his impressions through the audiovisual medium. He contributed in information for action media and cooperation projects' film productions in different countries. His last production Take Over looks on English squatters' rights and tells the story of the Brighton based squatters community that made itself known resisting the eviction order from an abandoned church.
