2009 marks the seventieth anniversary of events portrayed in this unique and timeless documentary film. Good Morning Mr Hitler is based on 35 minutes of 16mm kodachrome colour footage of Hitler and the entire Nazi leadership, filmed at the height of their power in July 1939, just six weeks before the outbreak of World War II. This is a timely film about images- the making of images and their use in creating myth.

Luke Holland has a distinctive documentary style and recent projects include, A very English Village a series for BBC Storyville, Albert Maysles - The Poetic Eye, and Grierson award runner up More than a life.
