Toby Amies

Toby Amies does his very best to tell the truth. He's made film and radio documentaries for Radio 4, BBC 4, HBO, Film 4, Sky Arts and MTV, he also works as a portrait photographer and host of travel programmes when time allows. He is still coasting on his win of the Dali Award at the 1999 International Surrealist Film Festival and is currently directing the feature-length documentary The Man Whose Mind Exploded [Dandy Films] and co-directing Where Were You When It Happened? about confrontational Israeli band Monotonix with Nicholas Abrahams [The Posters Came From The Walls].
