Aysha Rafaele

Aysha Rafaele is a documentaries commissioning editor for Channel 4. She commissions across documentaries output, including single films and series. She is also responsible for Secret Millionaire and is the editor of First Cut - Channel 4’s new documentary directing strand. Aysha started her career in television as a trainee at the BBC and before moving into commissioning was an award winning documentary and drama director
