In 2000, Junk TV, a youth and community film production company, and Carousel,a learning disabled arts charity, began working together under the company Oska Bright to help learning disabled people make their own films.

These seven shorts have all received awards at the film festival over the years and are a fantastic representation of the work Oska Bright has done for people with disabilities.
